In the case of a Robinsons or Alton building we will ask for a 25% deposit with initial order.
We will confirm acceptance of order either by post / fax or e-mail.
We reserve the right to charge for delivery outside mainland England and Wales.
For deliveries outside this area, and overseas, you will be informed of these costs at the time of enquiring.
Complaints and defects will be dealt within 24 hours according to each manufacturer’s guidelines. The customer will be kept informed during this process either by telephone or email.
Delivery times will depend according to each manufacturer and time of year. We will give you an estimate of delivery times when ordering. Nearer the delivery time either ourselves or the manufacturer will inform you of delivery date.
Right to cancel
You may normally cancel the purchase if you notify is within seven days following the day the product was delivered. You may only return the product if it is complete, not used and in good condition with the box, packaging with which it came. You will receive the refund within 30 days of notifying us of your cancellation. You must return the goods to us, at your own cost, and in the condition you received them.
We will protect your privacy. We will collect information from you only in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We may use this information, that we hold about you, to contact you from time to time. |

SWIMMING POOL COVERS !
We have had lots of interest, lately, in using large polytunnels as swimming pool covers. A cheap method of keeping that all important heat in, particularly with this years summery weather ! For example we can supply a 20' x 30' tunnel (6m x 9m) with all fixtures and fittings,double doors for both ends, base rails and base plates for around the £ 1,300 mark. POLYTUNNELS
With all the publicity about 'grow your own' we're finding there's a lot of interest in polytunnels. They offer a relatively cheap form of protection for your crops. We can supply from as small as a 6' x 8' to a massive 22' x 90' ! We can supply a 10' x 20' for as little
as £ 350 - compare that the price of a conventional greenhouse. There are many sizes, different options so it's best to email us or call for further details.
JANSSENS GREENHOUSES
We're pleased to offer the full range of these strong, sturdy greenhouses. The choice is amazing and, having 'road tested' a 8'x10' Victorian greenhouse in our VERY exposed site, here in the windy south west, we can thoroughl;y recommend them/ Very strong and well designed.
They're available as free-standing, lean-to's, dwarf wall adaptions. We have been pleased with the respone to their 10'x12' Junior Orangerie which sells currently under £ 2,500. Janssens have just announced their 12' x 15' Orangerie, in powder coated green, for under £ 4,000.

We have just installed a 8' x 10' Victorian Janssens. Finished in dark green complete with toughened glass, ridge cresting, gutters/downpipes, irrigaton system and automatic roof vents for just £ 2,600 inc VAT and delivery.
Janssens are well-designed with excellent durability and stability. Extremely strong corner, ridge and eaves profiles with plenty of height and you can position door/s where ever you wish due to the eaves height. Most impressed with ours!
