I've been selling greenhouses for the past twenty years.
Having trained and worked in horticulture all my life, I like to think I know a thing or two about them!

All about greenhouses
Principally I have worked in the south-west of England; an area renowned for its extremes of weather and gale force winds ( and the occasional hurricane!).
I have therefore selected buildings that I know you will be pleased and confident with.
One point we do pride ourselves on, and this is often commented on by customers ( and potential customers ) is our personal service. We are more than happy to discuss your needs, offer advice.
Delivery
From initial order we can give you a delivery period – it varies from one manufacturer to another but we can be fairly accurate.
We do not offer false promises and will keep you informed if there is any problem regarding a delivery date.
We can always arrange for a telephone call nearer the delivery time, either at your home or workplace.
Most manufacturers will happily deliver a building, whether you’re at home or not, with your consent.
We can give quotes for shipping overseas - either door to door, or to the nearest port for collection. We can also arrange customs clearance and transit insurance.
Installation
In some areas we can offer a full installation service – it’s always worth asking us if you don’t fancy the job yourself.
All our buildings come with comprehensive DIY instructions and, as we say to all our DIY customers, if you do hit a snag a phone call or email will probably sort the matter out.
Most manufacturers offer a help-line service as well. (I have to say that we get very few calls from puzzled ‘putter-uppers’!)
After Sales
In the unlikely event of you finding any components missing from your greenhouse kit we can arrange for overnight delivery, from the manufacturer, with the missing item.
We must, however, be informed of any discrepancies as soon as possible after the building has been delivered.
I had one customer who, after having a greenhouse kit delivered, moved house and took the kit with him, and then rang to say that the greenhouse had been delivered with some broken glass and ‘what was I going to do about it!’ |
